Brussels Sprout Mash - just like Mashed Peas except Low Carb!

INGREDIENTS

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Water

METHOD

  1. Steam or boil the Brussels Sprouts until soft

  2. Transfer into a high power blender or food processor (I use my NutriBullet) with a small amount of water and pinch of,salt and pepper and blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy with fish, chicken, meat or as the base to a bolognese, casserole or curry
