Brussels Sprout Mash - just like Mashed Peas except Low Carb!
INGREDIENTS
Brussels Sprouts
Salt & Pepper
Water
METHOD
Steam or boil the Brussels Sprouts until soft
Transfer into a high power blender or food processor (I use my NutriBullet) with a small amount of water and pinch of,salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
Enjoy with fish, chicken, meat or as the base to a bolognese, casserole or curry
