Rosemary & Sea Salt Kale Chips
INGREDIENTS
bunch of kale
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp dried roemary
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
Roughly chop the kale leaves, wash and pat dry using a paper or hand towel
Transfer onto the baking tray and drizzle over with a small amount of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and dried rosemary. Use your hands to combine everything ensuring l the leaves are coated all over
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until crispy, giving them a toss halfway through so both side gets nice and crunchy
