Cucumber, Dill & Feta Salad
Serves: 1 | Total Time 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 Cucumber (medium, sliced)
1 Small Head Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled) – please confirm fat serving size
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil - please confirm fat serving size
2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
½ tsp Oregano (dried)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
METHOD
Add the lettuce, cucumber and dill to a serving platter.
Sprinkle over the feta and dill.
Drizzle all over the olive oil, vinegar and sprinkle of oregano.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
