Cucumber, Dill & Feta Salad

Serves: 1 | Total Time 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cucumber (medium, sliced)

  • 1 Small Head Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled) – please confirm fat serving size

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil - please confirm fat serving size

  • 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar

  • ½ tsp Oregano (dried)

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

METHOD

  1. Add the lettuce, cucumber and dill to a serving platter.

  2. Sprinkle over the feta and dill.

  3. Drizzle all over the olive oil, vinegar and sprinkle of oregano.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
