Baked Salmon With Parsley Seeds & Currents
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets approx. 150g
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
2 tbsp pepita & sunflower seed mix
2 tsp currents
Lemon to serve
Salt & Pepper to taste
METHOD:
Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees celcius fan forced
Sprinkle over each salmon fillet the fresh parsley, seeds, currents, salt & pepper
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or to your liking
Serve with a wedge of 🍋 and lots of veggies
