Baked Salmon With Parsley Seeds & Currents

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets approx. 150g

  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp pepita & sunflower seed mix

  • 2 tsp currents

  • Lemon to serve

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees celcius fan forced

  2. Sprinkle over each salmon fillet the fresh parsley, seeds, currents, salt & pepper

  3. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or to your liking

  4. Serve with a wedge of 🍋 and lots of veggies
