Salmon With Dill, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Green Olives & Sunflower Seeds
INGREDIENTS
2 Salmon filets – 150-200g each
2 tbsp green olives, chopped
2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
½ bunch dill, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Line a baking try with baking paper and place the salmon on it skin side down
Combine the dill, sundried tomato's, green olives, sunflower seed & olive oil in a bowl.
Spoon on top of the salmon fillets & bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to taste.
