Salmon With Dill, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Green Olives & Sunflower Seeds

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Salmon filets – 150-200g each

  • 2 tbsp green olives, chopped

  • 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • ½ bunch dill, chopped

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Line a baking try with baking paper and place the salmon on it skin side down

  3. Combine the dill, sundried tomato's, green olives, sunflower seed & olive oil in a bowl.

  4. Spoon on top of the salmon fillets & bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to taste.
